Our Assistant Teachers support in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. They also guide behavior and social development by modeling positive interactions, assisting with conflict resolution, and fostering teamwork and respect among children. They ensure constant supervision and safety, assist with meals and hygiene routines, and report any concerns. Additionally, they help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness, ensuring materials and surfaces are sanitized.
